Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister visits our Varanasi Centre

We were delighted to welcome the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh to our newest centre in Varanasi on June 25th. He met the children, and their parents, and spent some time with them. He spoke to each of them and later gave them gifts. The children were encouraged by his words and the parents were also very happy.

St. Judes Opens Another Centre in Varanasi

The new facility is located in Sikraul and has 16 units - 15 regular and one isolation unit.

St. Judes to provide health and accident insurance to alumni

St. Judes has collaborated with Star Health insurance to provide health and accident cover to our alumni who have been cancer free for over five years. Over 326 children will benefit in the first year of this initiative.

CRISIL Assigns Us Voluntary Organization Grading 'VO 1A'

We are happy to share that CRISIL has, after due consideration, assigned a VO grading of ‘VO 1A’ to St. Jude India ChildCare Centres.

St. Judes enters Vellore!

The two centres have been launched in partnership with the well-known Christian Medical College in Vellore. They have been operational since May 2018, but were formally inaugurated earlier this year on April 28, 2019.

Two New Centres In Guwahati

Our Guwahati SJICC Centres were officially inaugurated on the 10th of February 2019. The 24 unit Guwahati setup with the Dr Dharm Pal and Vidya Devi Mahajan Centre and the Roche Children's Centre mark our foray into the 7th city in India. The centres have already seen the entry of 14 new families.

Art & Craft Festival

St Jude Mumbai celebrated the Art and Craft Festival on 26th Jan 2019. It was an opportunity for the parents and children to display their art and craft. The creativity on display was a culmination of many workshops that were held though the year. The excitement and joy was palpable through the evening and visitors were charmed by the colours and the talent.

Alumni Meet

The St Jude ChildCare Centre 2006 alumni were received in Mumbai on the 14th -15th December. It was an emotional day for the survivors and the current patients and the staff at SJICC. The sharing and positive interactions will go a long way in reinforcing and strengthening the fight against cancer. The alumni were treated to an outing to Snow Kingdom and among the many celebrations was an interaction with actor Boman Irani.

World Literacy Day

Literacy Day was celebrated at St Jude India ChildCare Centres. The aim was to highlight the importance of literacy to individuals, communities and societies.

Mummy MasterChef Contest

This year's Mummy MasterChef Contest at our Mumbai centres event was a grand success and the incredible turn-out of the mothers across all centres in Mumbai was heart-warming.

St. Judes India ChildCare Centres Vellore Centre Launch

The Vellore Centre of St Jude India ChildCare Centres opened its doors on Sunday the 6 th of May 2018 to welcome the first few families of children suffering from Cancer referred from Christian Medical College (CMC).

Saying Good Bye To Parel

It is with great sadness that we vacate our centres at Parel. Our lease has now run out. After 10 years in the area, the once familiar logo of SJICC will no longer be visible as the van taking our children to and from the hospital will not be plying this route anymore.
