The candidate must have 7-10 years experience in the social sector, admin or a managerial role, and be able to handle a team and take initiatives. He/she must have a masters’ degree in social work/management/social sciences or a Masters in Business Administration.

The candidate will contribute to the sustainability of the organisation through raising grants from foundations and philanthropic organisations in India and overseas and conceptualise and drive fundraising strategy.
The candidate must have 4-8 years experience in fundraising for non-profit organisations or in sales/marketing in FMCG, banking, financial institution, telecom or consulting organisations. He/she must have a management degree or similar professional qualification from a reputed institution.
